Breakfast:
Breakfast is included in two ways, a trail (picnic) bag with brunch items in your room and in the commons kitchen area, and a meal ticket to the famous Wellsboro Diner.

1. In-room and lodge brunch items include fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, granola, trail bars, muffins or pastries, homemade crackers and other snacks; drinks include orange juice, Gatorade, bottled green tea and bottled water; your coffee maker has Seattle's Best Coffees and a variety of teas.

2. The Wellsboro Diner, opened 6 AM until 8 PM, offers breakfast all day. Meal tickets may be used in any combination for any meal any time of day.

We do not conduct a group sit down breakfast or provide a cooked breakfast on-site.

	Wilderness Suite This ground floor suite, with private access, wood plank floors and log style walls has a woodsy hide-a-way feel. The large corner whirlpool tub, separate bath with shower and peninsula fireplace complement a hickory bed and matching furniture. The sitting room has flat-screen TV – DVD, queen pull-out couch and wardrobe. Suite size is 510 ft² (Bedroom, sitting room & bath) plus 144 ft² outdoor space (Private Space = 654 ft²) Check Availability
	Bear Room This cozy 2nd floor corner room with forest views has a large private deck with hot tub and outdoor curtains. The queen bed has a sturdy black cherry headboard with carved bear cub head posts. Room features include fireplace, LCD TV, refrigerator and handsome log-style bathroom with an original bear mural in the tiled shower. Room size is small at 180 ft² (Bedroom & bath) plus 128 ft² deck (Private Space = 305 ft²). Check Availability
	Whitetail Room This 2nd floor room features a white cedar, canopy, log bed, with matching chest, facing a fireplace with a pine handcrafted mantel. A private balcony has a commanding garden view; a flat screen TV- DVD and refrigerator are included. The large, tiled bath has a Kohler whirlpool tub, separate corner shower and vaulted ceiling. 	Canyon Room This main floor room with forest views has a large walk-out private deck with hot tub, pergola and outdoor curtains. The white cedar rustic queen bed is situated between two windows and faces an elevated, stone fireplace. Included are a 32” Bravia LCD TV, refrigerator, distressed wood window shades and tiled bath. Room size is 250 ft² (Bedroom & bath) plus 115 ft² deck (Private Space = 365 ft²) Check Availability
	Considering a room in downtown? 131 Main - Room Rental (no breakfast) Historical District, Wellsboro A block from the green, this 1875 home with original full length windows features a king bed, silent air conditioning system, private bath, flat screen TV, daily chambermaid service and wireless Internet. Smoke-free/pet-free.

Rates:

Room rates are per night (maximum occupancy of 2 persons).
Add additional weeknights to any 2-weeknight stay at 30% off.
Weekly (7-day) pricing is the weekend per night rate times 5.
Weeknights are Sunday – Thursday; weekends are Friday and Saturday nights.

Reservations & Policies:

Deposit: For first time guests, a deposit of $25/night confirms your reservation. The balance is due 14 days prior to check-in or by arrangement. For Dicken's Weekend (December) and other peak or special events, the balance will be due and charged 30 days in advance.

Online Pricing: Added weeknights pricing and weekly and package pricings will not be shown on the online reservation display, however the correct pricing will appear in the complete confirmation letter sent for your review within 24 hours.

Cancellation: For first time guests, a non-refundable $25/night deposit confirms your reservation. The balance is charged to the credit card, unless first paid by check,14 days (Nov. - May) or 30 days (Memorial Day - October 30, and Holidays) prior to arrival. The balance (full room fee minus the $25 deposit) will be refunded for timely cancellation if the room is rebooked.

No Smoking: This is a smoke free facility: rates are for non-smoking use; $300 (cleaning / dry cleaning) will be charged to the credit card on file if there is smoking in the room.

Pets: We do not accept pets.
